VCO for low-noise fixed wireless equipment
16 August 2017, Analogue, Mixed Signal, LSI

The CRO3060A-LF from Z-Communications operates from 3050 to 3070 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0,5 to 4,5 V d.c. and tuning sensitivity of 14 MHz/V. The RoHS compliant part delivers +4 dBm of output power into a 50 load while operating off a 5 V d.c. supply and drawing only 20 mA of current.

This low-noise VCO operates over the extended commercial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It has second harmonic suppression of -8 dBc and is available in a surface mount package that measures 1,27 x 1,27 x 0,56 mm. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements, making it ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
