12 March 2014 Manufacturing / Production Technology, Hardware & Services

Electronic Industry Supplies is offering a range of South African made ultrasonic cleaners with digital control capabilities.

Total capacity ranges from 1,7 litres to 12 litres, with tank dimensions between 150 x 135 x 100 mm and 295 x 235 x 200 mm. The cleaners operate at 36 kHz and offer a frequency sweep range of ±500 Hz. Their power timer can be set between 2 and 20 minutes, while temperature can be controlled between 40°C and 70°C.

The cleaners have stainless steel tank, lid and housing, and come with a one-year warranty on all parts and labour. They output from 55 W up to 220 W of rms ultrasonic power and between 100 W and 450 W of heater power, depending on the model.
