The G5 vision printer from GKG, which accommodates PCBs up to 400 (L) x 310 (W) mm in size, features a rigid, stable body structure weighing in at 1000 kg and occupies 1105 x 1500 x 1400 mm of space on a production floor.
The machine boasts automatic conveyor width adjustment as well as a stencil frame adjustable between 420 x 500 mm and 737 x 737 mm, without the need for an adaptor. It also features a patented PCB ‘Flexible Auto Clamp’ (FAC) system, as well as a Stencil Position Memory (SPM) function for easy and quick model changeover.
Other highlights of the G5 include auto stencil cleaning (dry/wet/vacuum), core cycle time <8,5 seconds, and intuitive operation through a Windows 7 interface.
