Pillarhouse International has added a host of features, as standard, to several of its selective soldering systems without increasing their retail prices.
The extra features – fiducial correction, pillarpad offline programming, thermal nozzle calibration, solder wave height correction, process viewing camera and multi-level password security – are now available on the following machines:
Jade Mk II, an entry-level, single point selective soldering system designed to meet the needs of the small/medium batch manufacturer that requires high levels of production flexibility. It is a hand load system, incorporating a universally adjustable tooling carrier capable of accommodating printed circuit boards (PCBs) or pallets up to 457 x 508 mm.
Jade Pro, an ultra-flexible, offline, multi-platform system for small batch manufacturers requiring flexibility. It offers the ability to regularly change solder alloys without incurring expensive down time, whilst the solder bath cools down and heats up during a regular manual changeover process.
Jade Handex, ideal for lean manufacturing and offering high-speed, flexible throughput at minimal cost. This machine is equipped with a twin PCB rotary table transport system to allow simultaneous load / unload during product processing.
Synchrodex, a flexible, in-line, modular selective soldering system offering enhanced flexibility with the ability to upgrade to high-speed throughput when multiple modules are placed together.
