A new feature added to EXFO’s iOLM software - Fast Short Link - allows users to characterise high counts of short optical fibre links five times faster than what is currently available on standard OTDRs, according to the company. Fast Short Link provides link characterisation including accurate link loss, length and high-level link mapping, all in under 10 seconds per fibre.
