The Central Semiconductor CMPDM303NH is an N-channel, enhancement-mode MOSFET that offers high current capability and energy efficiency in the SOT-23F package. The combination of high current capability, low gate charge and low on-resistance makes the device suitable for energy sensitive applications that require high drain currents.
The CMPDM303NH features RDS(ON) = 27 mΩ at VGS = 4,5 V, and drain current of 3,6 A. It can be used for load/power switches, power supply converter circuits, battery powered portable equipment and motor control. The SOT-23F package has a 9% lower profile than the SOT-23 package.
