The MM1-0832L/H double-balanced GaAs MMIC mixer from Marki Microwave is a suitable solution for X through Ka bands, with full coverage for traditional satcom uplink and downlink applications. RF/LO frequency ranges are 8 to 32 GHz with a wide IF range of DC to 12 GHz.
The high-linearity MM1-0832H provides +25 dBm IIP3 with an LO of +15 dBm, while the MM1-0832L offers a low drive option requiring just +7 dBm LO. Both versions of the MM1-0832 feature enhanced spurious suppression and port-to-port isolations to support demanding frequency plans. They are available as bare die and connectorised modules.
