Nicole Morgan has been appointed as company secretary of Altron with effect from 1 January 2021.
An admitted attorney of the High Court with 11 years of corporate law and company secretarial experience, Morgan joins Altron from Massmart where she was group assistant company secretary. Prior to this, she was company secretary at Sun International.

Welcoming Morgan on behalf of Altron, group chief executive Mteto Nyati said she was joining at an exciting time as the technology company embarked on its new Altron 2.0 strategy. “Her strategic thinking coupled with strong execution capability makes her a natural fit to our company,” Nyati said.
Morgan holds an LLB degree from the University of Limpopo and a PGDip in pension funds law from the University of the Witwatersrand. She replaces WK Groenewald, who stepped down on 30 November 2020.
