Unicomp’s X-ray chip counter machine, the AX6000, provides advantages in terms of rapid high-precision detection, reduced labour costs, X-ray transmission detection, and no component damage and loss. Compatible with different specifications of tray, and providing automatic docking ERP and shop floor system data, and safe lead shield protection to ensure that no X-rays are leaked, it’s used for electronic component production, shipping, storage and other management counting.
It supports SMD chip tape and reel, IC package counting, electronic component production verification, shipping storage and inventory management, and production components quantity check.
Features of the machine include one-button operation, automatic counting, minimum component size of 01005, system accuracy in excess of 99,8%, counting time less than 10 seconds for a 7-inch small tape and reel (less than 18 seconds for a 13-inch tape and reel, integrated auto-scan barcode with scanner or camera, new label printing with part number and quantity, integration to ERP and warehouse systems, and the ability to interface with intelligent storage systems.
