Made from extruded aluminium, the RM Series of enclosures from Hammond Manufacturing are suitable for rack-mount or desktop use. Featuring strong construction yet light in weight, the enclosures are made from extruded aluminium side panels (3,2 mm thick), extruded aluminium front and rear panels (also 3,2 mm thick), and flat aluminium top and bottom panels (1,6 mm thick).
The RoHS compliant RM Series can be used with or without rack mounting brackets (one pair included), and its front and rear panels are interchangeable.
Each enclosure is finished in rugged, textured, black powder coating, and is supplied with top, bottom, sides, self-adhesive rubber feet, rack mount brackets and all assembly hardware.
The knockdown design ships unassembled for easy handling and shipping protection. For deeper models, pull handles and an adjustable rear bracket rack-mount kit are optionally available.
