Mouser Electronics has released the newest issue of its Methods technology and solutions journal. The second issue of volume four, ‘Understanding AI’, offers a series of perspectives on the issues surrounding artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), as well as their implications for a variety of industries and applications.

In Understanding AI, leading subject matter experts explore many of the most important technical aspects and applications of AI, including the ethical and safety challenges of designing AI solutions. The new issue also includes an article examining the role of the open-source movement in developing AI applications.

“Artificial intelligence is changing the way that we work, travel and communicate; but there are many aspects of this technology that have yet to be fully explored,” says Kevin Hess, Mouser Electronics’ senior vice president of marketing. “With this latest issue of Methods, Mouser ventures to help readers understand some of the most complicated questions related to AI, including both technical challenges and ethical dilemmas.”
