Power and sensing selection guide

29 September 2021 Technical Literature

With the 2021 edition of its Power and Sensing Selection Guide, Infineon Technologies aims to remove choice overload and decision stress by arranging its broad, cutting-edge power and sensor portfolio around applications and technologies in a synthesised format.

The guide provides system solutions for 27 applications across consumer, industrial, data processing as well as transportation and infrastructure segments; right-fit selection spanning power MOSFETs, wide-bandgap semiconductors, IGBTs, gate-driver ICs, power ICs, intelligent switches and input ICs, microcontrollers and sensors; and an overview of available surface-mount and through-hole device packages.
