Featuring a robust stainless steel construction, MB Tech’s MC10 offers low cleaning process costs with minimal maintenance requirements. The machine features a water-based or semi water-based closed-loop process, a closed-loop rinsing step and superior hot air drying.

Measuring 150 x 68 x 100 cm in total, the MC10’s ultrasonic cleaning unit has a volume of 50 litres, a magnetically driven pump, ultrasonic power of 600 W and heating power of 1600 W, resulting in an approximate (adjustable) cycle time of 10 minutes. The rinsing unit’s volume is also 50 litres; it achieves effective filtering through activated carbon, mixed bed resin bottles and 1 µm filter – adjustable cycle time is five minutes with air bubbling.

Optional extras include automatic water refill and automatic basket lift.
