The Maestro 4S PCB separator offers motorised height control of the cutting blade and allows cutting to be carried out in a number of successive blade slices, each with a different indexed cutting depth. This control is particularly useful for the separation of V-scored aluminium PCBs where it is very difficult to cut in one deep pass.
Features include:
• The ability to separate FR4 and aluminium PCB substrates.
• PCB thickness up to 3,2 mm is easily processed.
• Allows PCBs to be processed even if they have sensitive components close to the V-score.
• Available in 450 mm and 600 mm cut lengths.
• Optional PCB removal conveyor.
cab Technology’s magazines can be filled when standing vertical or laying horizontal. Widths can be customised and all magazines have 32 slots with a 10 mm clearance between them, providing maximum use of space. Precision-moulded slots are funnel-shaped at each end to simplify circuit board insertion, while yellow and white positioning strips enable boards to be loaded while avoiding the risk of being loaded in the wrong position.
