Monolithic Power Systems’ MP6527 is a ten-channel, half-bridge DMOS output driver with integrated power MOSFETs. It can achieve up to 0,8 A of output current across a wide 5,5 V to 40 V input voltage range.
The ten half-bridges can be controlled separately via a standard serial data interface, and each half-bridge has various diagnostic functions. The device has a very low quiescent current in standby mode. Full protection features include short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection, under-voltage lockout protection, over-voltage lockout protection, and thermal shutdown with pre-warning.
The MP6527 requires a minimal number of readily available, standard external components, and is available in a TSSOP-28EP package.
