Vishay’s IGBT modules are available with several different configurations including half-bridge, full-bridge, chopper, and 6PAK inverter. They have a wide collector range with up to 600 A available.
The company has now released its new half-bridge IGBT power modules offered in its redesigned INT-A-PAK package. These power modules offer designers a choice of two best-in-class technologies: low VCE(ON) or low Eoff. These technologies lower conduction or switching losses in high current inverter stages.
These new half-bridge power modules are available in either a 100, 150 or 200 A design. With direct mounting onto a heatsink, they exhibit very low junction to case thermal resistance.
