Fairchild Semiconductor’s new family of reset timers is designed with a variety of delay times and product options that provide both fixed and selectable delays, single- or dual-button reset, and fixed or variable reset pulse widths. The FT7522 and FT10001 provide fixed delays of 7,5 and 10 seconds, and offer inputs for single-button resetting capability. The FT3001 provides design flexibility with two inputs for single- or dual-button resetting capability, as well as four different delay values that can be selected using the DSR0 and DSR1 pins. All devices function over a power supply range of 1,65 V to 5,0 V and draw minimal supply current when inactive, making them suitable for use in portable devices where battery conservation is essential.
