X-ray inspection systems

Nordson DAGE’s XD7600NT Diamond FP X-ray inspection system uses the latest technology, flat panel detector to provide highest quality, real-time X-ray imaging.

The system’s maintenance-free, sealed transmissive X-ray tube provides 100 nanometre feature recognition and up to 10 W of power, together with a 3 megapixel, long lifetime CMOS flat panel detector.

The XD7600NT Ruby is targeted at demanding production applications, providing 0,5 μm feature recognition and up to 10 W of power, together with the 2 megapixel XiDAT3 digital image intensifier, to cover all failure analysis and manufacturing tasks required in the production environment. The Ruby is also available with a flat panel for live imaging.
