The CoolSplice range of connectors is designed to connect a pair of discrete wires, or a twin cord cable in line to a pair of discrete wires or twin cord cables, and is best suited to applications in outdoor architectural lighting, commercial display cabinet lighting, commercial refrigeration lighting and residential and office furniture lighting.

The insulation displacement, free hanging connectors accept either #18 AWG or #20-22 AWG stranded or solid wire in unsealed and sealed, colour-coded configurations.

The connectors eliminate the need to pre-strip the insulation from the wire conductors and provides a visual controlled termination. The push-connect buttons provide a more ergonomic wire termination than conventional twist-on-wire connectors/nuts (marrettes). The slim, symmetrical contoured, snag resistant connectors fit through a 16,00 mm diameter hole or PVC tube.
