Power entry modules

TE Connectivity’s new Medium P series power entry modules are a medium-performance addition to the already existing Corcom P Series offering. They are suitable for applications with increased attenuation requirements in higher frequencies that cannot be met by the existing standard models. The new series is 30% smaller than the existing high-performance models.

Compared to IEC inlet filters, the Medium P Series incorporates additional features like a DPST switch and a fuse holder. In addition to high-frequency switch mode power supplies, it provides RFI suppression needs for a wide range of consumer electronic devices such as vending and service machines, home appliances, computing and accessories, gaming and fitness equipment, measurement and testing equipment and instrumentation.

The modules have a dual-stage electrical setup, offer high attenuation in the range of 100 Hz to 30 MHz and a current rating range from 3 A to 10 A. They are UL recognised, CSA certified and VDE approved.
