17 April 2013 News

RF Design will be exhibiting a selection of the diverse range of products it supplies to the wireless applications market. These include:

Axsem’s AX5043 RF transceiver and AX8052F143 RF microcontroller for use in 70–1050 MHz narrowband communications with low power requirements, as well as the low-power AX5051 transceiver and AX8052F151 RF microcontroller for the 400–470 and 800–940 MHz bands.

Nanotron’s autonomous CSS swarm radio devices for ranging and communication. Operating at 2,4 GHz, these mobile radio nodes are able to measure the distance to any other swarm radio and communicate with one another while doing it.

Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF51822 is a powerful, highly flexible multi-protocol SoC ideally suited for Bluetooth low energy and 2,4 GHz ultra low-power wireless applications. It is built around a 32-bit ARM Cortex M0 CPU with 256 KB Flash and 16 KB RAM, and integrates a rich selection of analog and digital peripherals.

The Titan and Hercules external antennas from Taoglas for robust, covert installations where durability is paramount, such as telematics and M2M applications for commercial vehicle installations for fleet management.

u-blox MAX, NEO and LEA GPS module families include position, velocity, time and dead reckoning technology for use in a wide range of navigation, tracking, precision timing and location-based applications. Also on display will be u-blox’ range of wireless transceiver modules for various mobile communications standards.
