Low-power logic ICs

24 July 2013 Analogue, Mixed Signal, LSI

NXP Semiconductors introduced the AXP logic family designed for high-performance, low-voltage and low-power applications. It is fully specified at the 0,8 V supply range and currently available in the smallest MicroPak (leadless) packages. Configurable logic devices in the AXP family can perform different logic functions, thereby reducing bill-of-material part count, cost and qualification effort, as well as enabling a smaller package footprint. The ICs support a supply voltage range from 0,7 V to 2,75 V and feature Schmitt-trigger action on all inputs. Their I/Os are tolerant to over-voltage and they are rated for operation in temperatures between -40°C and +85°C.
