Connector suppliers Huber+Suhner, Rosenberger, Spinner and Telegärtner have jointly developed a new RF antenna connector system for the mobile communications market. The new 4.3-10 system is designed to meet the rising performance needs of mobile network equipment while also supporting ongoing space reduction requirements.
The new connectors exhibit enhanced electrical performance and low passive intermodulation (PIM). Their design separates the electrical and mechanical planes, which also results in lower coupling torque. As a result they can be offered with screw, hand-screw and push-pull mechanisms, thus simplifying the installation effort.
