Live mobile phone production line featured at electronica/productronica India

The co-located electronica India 2013 and productronica India 2013 exhibitions attracted 11 589 trade visitors who were treated to the spectacle of a live SMT production line that produced a live mobile and proved to be the centre of attraction. Around 250 exhibitors, representing 525 companies, showed their products, solutions and services at the 14th edition of the trade fairs from 4 to 6 September.
Two conferences devoted to the growing LED industry took place in parallel with the exhibitions: the LEDMA (the Indian LED products Manufacturers’ Association) conference focused on LED technologies and was powered by eminent speakers from the LED industry; the SMALED (Surface Mount And Light Emitting Diodes) conference provided attendees with an opportunity to examine, learn and debate business-critical manufacturing issues through industry discussion, technical collaboration and information sharing with international experts in the field.
ELCINA (Electronic Industries Association of India) also held a seminar on electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and automotive electronics.
