Techcon Systems has introduced the TS9200D series jet tech valve with a unique diaphragm design. A single, easily replaceable diaphragm eliminates dynamic fluid seals found in other jets, meaning users will not need to disassemble, clean and replace worn seals, resulting in time and cost savings.
The diaphragm design also allows faster cycle rates due to its very small mass. Its unique design reduces the energy needed to eject a drop of fluid and is adjustable, providing a wider process window. Thenon-contact dispense valve is capable of jetting fluid viscosities to 400 000 CPS and produces 300 precise droplets per second.
