New from Mean Well are the HBG-100 (96 W) and HBG-240 (240 W) LED power supplies for bay lighting. Their circular design makes them an ideal fit for the mechanical structure of high/low bay lighting fixtures. In order to withstand harsh indoor and outdoor environments, the newly designed, fully glue potted aluminium enclosure provides IP65/67 protection, excellent heat dissipation ability and high mechanical strength.
The power supplies boats efficiencies up to 91,5% (HBG-100) and 93,5% (HBG-240) and can be cooled by free air convection from -40°C to +60°C ambient temperature. Provided the temperature on the top of the enclosure can be kept below 70°C, their service life is guaranteed to 40 000 hours.
The units can be assembled with LED modules, heatsink modules and lampshades to easily form a bay light and also have different installation alternatives, such as chain type, hanger type or metal frame type. Featuring standard protection functions for short circuit, over-voltage, overload and over-temperature, the power supplies come with a 5 year warranty and provide an optional three-in-one dimming function.
Compliance with global certificates per UL/CUL/ENEC/CB/CE, users’ safety is guaranteed. Suitable applications include LED high/low bay lighting, mining lighting, stage lighting, LED spot lighting and outdoor architectural lighting.
