Polymer PTC resettable fuses

Bourns announced the launch of the MF-RM series of Multifuse polymer PTC (positive temperature coefficient) resettable fuses.

This radial through-hole series is Bourns’ first family of PTCs that can operate on an AC mains circuit of up to 240 V a.c.

This product family was designed to assist consumer and industrial electronic manufacturers by offering a means to protect their AC circuits with a resettable over-current protection device. The AC voltage rated MF-RM series is UL recognised and has a Vmax of 240 V a.c. and 50 mA – 550 mA rating.

The fuses are RoHS-compliant and UL-certified for safety requirements.
