Intermas offers 19” subracks as bases for assembling computers in the industrial field. Packaging solutions include backplane, power supply, cable harness and air conditioning. Based on a reliable RFI shielded subrack platform, the system provides a comprehensive selection of complementary components.
Packaging solutions for CompactPCI are available in 3, 4, 6 and 6+1 U. All subracks include an 8-slot CompactPCI backplane (32 or 64 bit). The horizontal installation enclosure is equipped with a 4-slot, 64-bit backplane as per the PICMG 2.0 standard.
Additional space for installation of hard disks or other disk drives is part of the mechanical design. Because of the design of the horizontal installation package, mechanical part count is decreased and an additional slot for a 4 HP 6 U Euro board is guaranteed.
