Otto Wireless caters for growth inside and out

8 October 2014 News

Otto Wireless Solutions has given its reception area a facelift, in addition to creating a new customer zone for walk-in trade.

“The reason behind this,” explains general manager Chris Viveiros, “is that, since adding commercial products to our portfolio, walk-in trade has been increasing steadily, to the point where we now need a salesperson permanently based around this area, and we also required additional seating.

“We often have to deal with crowds of people these days, so we added a coffee machine as well, in case there is any waiting required. Our aim is to provide a professional, welcoming atmosphere and ensure that our customers and visitors feel valued and appreciated.”

The company also recently exhibited at the Iser trade show at Emperor’s Palace. This event is exclusive to Iser members, all of whom are commercial retail dealers and suppliers, including the likes of LG, Samsung and other big names. According to Viveiros this, the company’s first time of participating, was successful both in generating new business and also in terms of signing up new dealers to represent its commercial product range in the Northwest and KwaZulu-Natal.
