High-speed modular oscilloscope

Teledyne LeCroy introduced the LabMaster 10-100Zi, a 100 GHz oscilloscope achieving sampling rates up to 240 GSps.

Whether working on communications technology capable of terabit-per-second bitrates, analysing the quickest and most energetic laser pulses, or building channels using very high-speed NRZ or PAM4 signals, the device can acquire and analyse the waveforms. Multiple acquisition modules can be combined with one master control module to build a system of up to 20 channels, each channel capable of 100 GHz.

The LabMaster 10-100Zi offers software packages that integrate seamlessly into the oscilloscope. Since the fastest signals often require custom analysis, it comes standard with the XDEV package that allows users to run custom MATLAB scripts in-stream. For complete analysis of coherent optical signals such as DP-QPSK and DP-16QAM, the Optical-LinQ optical modulation analysis package can be used. In addition, SDAIII-CompleteLinQ performs and compares eye, jitter and noise analysis on up to four lanes, simultaneously.
