Scheduled to be introduced in South Africa by Hamamatsu Photonics are innovative, ultra-compact products such as a new micro spectrometer and MEMS (micro electromechanical systems) mirrors which were developed to enable the design of more compact instrumentation and open exciting new application areas.
Also being launched is the C11440-50 board-level cameras for OEM scientific and industrial customers. It has a unique scientific CMOS sensor and is designed to deliver high performance and cost-effective imaging in a compact, board-level format.
Also on show will be the latest range of CCD area image sensors for low light level measurements in the near infrared, and the company’s latest range of silicon photodiodes, which feature high-speed response, high sensitivity and low noise.
