Launching its new agency for Vision Engineering products, Techmet will display the Mantis stereo microscope system for inspection and rework. It features patented optical technology for fatigue-free viewing and high image quality, and is available with a wide range of magnification options (up to x20). Mantis provides long working distances, large depths of field and shadow-free true colour LED illumination.
Also featured will be Kwiktic traceability software which can collect data automatically from AOI, test, MRP and other existing systems, and allows manual entry via simple graphical user interfaces. It also provides a suite of reporting options.
From the Indium range, SACM high-reliability solder alloy will be highlighted, offering drop shock performance claimed to be far superior to other SAC alloys, without compromising on thermal cycling, and at a cost below that of typical SAC solder alloys.
