MicroCare introduced the Sticklers CleanClicker brand of fibre-optic connector cleaners for SC, FC, ST, E2000, LC, MU and MPO type connectors in any size and for any scale network.
CleanClicker 1,25 mm and 2,5 mm cleaners remove particulate, oil and dirt from a variety of connectors, jumpers or in adaptors with UPC or APC polishes, and are colour coded to minimise user error. Each tool provides in excess of 750 cleanings and refill cartridges can be used to extend service life. The products use a smooth click-to-clean push action, which glides easily to reduce the risk of end-face damage.
The MPO CleanClicker is engineered for MPO and MTP multifibre connectors, providing 600 or more cleanings. It can be used on flat polished multimode and 8 degree angled single-mode connectors, and includes an adaptor cap to clean male and female connectors.
