4-channel temperature profiler

TWS Automation’s RT04 is a budget-priced, 4-channel thermal profiler for controlling a reflow soldering process. It enables the user to improve the setting of the oven parameters, to optimise production and to check the soldering process quality, by examining the temperature vs. time graph.

The device uses four K-type Ni-Cr-Ni micro thermocouples to obtain accurate measurements and high-speed responses. New Profile Studio software provides many new features, including libraries for ovens and solder pastes. A long-life battery is included (up to 48 hours when fully charged) and a USB connection facilitates the transfer of data to a PC.

The RT04 is supplied with the following accessories: USB cable, USB pendrive, 4 K-type thermocouple 500 mm, 4 K-type thermocouple 3000 mm, kapton tape, silicone heat transfer compound and protective shield.
