Incorporating fluxing and preheating in combination with patented soldering technology, the system is capable of soldering even the most complex printed circuit boards. The highly flexible and customisable machine is up for the challenges of mixed production, fine-pitch soldering and process control.
ZEVAm allows up to three products to be processed simultaneously for high throughput, while SmartTeach software is provided to set up fast and reliable recipes. High-frequency fluxing technology provides a highly accurate process in addition to three full-size preheating units, including closed loop preheating during soldering.
