The JMA-100/200/300 accelerometer series, the latest addition to Jewell Instruments’ MEMS sensor line, is a versatile, rugged and robust sensor range that is a low-cost alternative to most traditional accelerometers.
The devices contain MEMS capacitive technology and are available in single (JMA-100), dual (JMA-200) or tri-axis (JMA-300) configurations. They feature ±0,5, ±1 and ±1,5 G measuring ranges and a resolution as tight as 0,3 mG. They are also RoHS compliant to satisfy environmental demands.
With an IP65 seal and 50 G shock handling, the JMA-100/200/300 can withstand the demanding environments that many applic-ations present. They are an ideal solution for vehicle testing, railway maintenance and testing, lateral train control, acceleration/deceleration control and aerospace testing.
