GigaDevice provides general SPI NOR Flash products which fall into two categories – the GD25LQ family powered with 1,8 V, and GD25Q /GD25D families powered with 3 V – the density ranges of which are respectively from 4 Mbit to 256 Mbit and from 512 Kbit to 512 Mbit. With read speeds up to 120 MHz and standard/dual/quad I/O operations, the devices support higher data transfer speeds of 240 Mbps for Dual SPI and 480 Mbps for Quad SPI. They have the merits of advanced security features, low power consumption with as low as 1 μA standby current, high reliability with 10 years data retention and 100 000 program/erase cycles, and wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
