During the soldering process, evaporated fluxes as well as emissions from printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies are deposited onto the internal surfaces of reflow ovens and wave solder systems. Developed specifically for manual removal of residues in reflow ovens and wave solder machines, Vigon RC 303 successfully removes condensed fluxes and emissions from oven devices, solder frames and condensation traps. Because of its mild and environmentally friendly formula, there is no requirement for hazardous labelling and no flash point.
