Traco Power announced the addition of the new TMF series of 5-30 Watt AC-DC power supplies to its portfolio. The TMF series is designed and manufactured to comply with the rigorous requirements for quality, reliability and safety in today’s medical equipment.
All units are approved to IEC/EN/ES 60601-1 Edition 3.1 for 2x MOPP (Means Of Patient Protection) and come with an ISO 14971 risk management file.
These fully encapsulated modules are for PCB mounting and offer single outputs of 5, 12, 15 and 24 V d.c. They support a universal AC input range of 90-264 V a.c. and DC input range of 120-370 V d.c. Standard features include overload, over-voltage and short circuit protection, while low leakage current (<100 μA) and thermal management enable operation within a wide temperature range of -25°C to +70°C.
The TMF series is not only suitable for stationary applications but also for transportable medical equipment.
