Quadra 7, the flagship model in Nordson Dage’s X-ray inspection lineup, is an ultra-high resolution, off-line MXI system with 0,1 μm sub-micron feature recognition. The machine comes equipped with two 4K UHD displays and their eight million pixels to fully show the 50 μm pixel pitch and 6,7 megapixel image size of the Aspire FP detector. 4K UHD offers up to four times the detail compared to standard HD display screens and supports 68 000x total magnification, allowing the operator to see sub-micron level features without losing detail.
QuadraNT, Nordson Dage’s latest generation X-ray tube, ensures images are bright, clear and stable, allowing features down to 100 nm to be resolved. Gensys proprietary control and measurement software integrates advanced image acquisition and processing functions into an intuitive user interface so both routine measurements and advanced, high-resolution investigations can be performed with ease.
