Amphenol Industrial’s HS-Lok series, with their IP68 waterproof protection and UL-f1 UV resistance rating, are fit for use in either indoor or outdoor wet locations.
Designed for space-constrained applications, they provide audible feedback and a guided key design to ensure error-proof and easy assembly for blind mating. A quick and safe release mechanism requires only a small pull force.
The Q8 size of the HS-Lok series is rated up to 5 A for both low-voltage power and data transmissions. The product range includes 2 to 6 contact configurations and hybrid (power plus data) solutions to suit individual requirements, with current ratings of 2 A, 5 A and 5 A+2 A.
Also available is the X-Lok range, available in a large variety of receptacles and cable assemblies with different connector sizes and pin configurations, from 2 to 18 contacts, making it suitable for both power and data applications. In order to meet the highest industry standard, the X-Lok series is designed according to UL2238 plus 50e and IEC compliant. It not only adopts UL-F1 rated thermoplastic materials to limit damage under long-term UV exposure but also presents excellent performance under harsh environmental conditions in both high temperature and high humidity. Moreover, its ruggedised design passes free fall and crushing tests.
The X-Lok series is available either overmoulded or field installable with crimp termination, satisfying on-site installation needs. This series also includes hybrid contact selections, combining data and power transmission in a single connector.
