Coating carriers and frames offer important advantages within the conformal coating process regarding handling, process reliability and output, but they also require very extensive cleaning afterwards.
With ELPESPEC cleaning agent R5888 from Peters Conformal Coatings, the cleaning process can be done in a highly efficient and safe way. The highly effective cleaner dissolves and removes all typical conformal coatings rapidly and efficiently from product carriers, tools and fixtures.
It is particularly suitable for dipping processes in an ultrasonic bath; selective application with mechanical support or spray processes is also possible. The material of the product carriers will not be attacked, even under longer reside times. Thus, contaminated carriers can be left in ELPESPEC R5888 overnight and will be clean when the next shift begins.
The cleaning agent is water-soluble and biodegradable, combining easy processing with high operator safety. Storage is simple as it is supplied as a concentrate.
