Upgraded flagship selective soldering machine

With the aim of making the electronics manufacturing production process more efficient and to reduce production costs sustainably, SEHO Systems has completely redesigned its selective soldering flagship, the PowerSelective line. Three different soldering methods can be combined in one machine that requires only 5,5 m² of floor space.

Depending on the production requirements, the PowerSelective can be equipped to meet different applications: flexible mini-wave processes with wetted or non-wetted nozzles, high-volume multi-wave soldering processes with product-specific multi-nozzle tools, or even conventional wave soldering with the LW solder nozzle. All processes can be combined in only one machine and retooling is also made easily.

PowerSelective can be equipped with an automated selective brush system and an AOI system for immediate automatic cleaning and inspection of solder joints directly after the soldering process – without influence on the cycle time.
