Hakko’s FN-1010 soldering station is equipped with a communication function that allows for process control and traceability to be practiced for daily manual soldering operations. Optimisation of soldering conditions is possible based on a variety of information collected by the unit.
The following information can be collected by the memory chip in the T36 series tip, and saved onto a computer through the soldering station:
• Tip shape.
• Tip serial number.
• Number of loads.
• Total time of power supplied.
• Load sensitivity.
• Type of solder alloy (lead-free/lead).
• Count alarm.
Automatic calibration/offset can be completed once a measurement result is sent through infrared, and the results can be recorded automatically.
