Enfora penny, Enfora pound

12 November 2008 News

Enfora, a global supplier of intelligent wireless networking solutions, has appointed CST Electronics to distribute its Enabler wireless embedded platforms in South Africa.

“Enfora is actively expanding its distributor partnerships throughout EMEA this year and into 2009,” said Brian Murphy, Enfora’s senior vice president of worldwide sales. “CST’s technical expertise and established customer base throughout the region were key factors in our selection. South Africa has a well established tracking market and the AMR/smart metering market is really starting to gather momentum – both are key sectors for Enfora.”

Ernest Campling, managing director of CST said “Enfora enables us to offer our customers reliable, sophisticated hardware and software platforms. Enfora wireless networking products will spearhead our expansion into the growing M2M market and we are very excited and energised to work with a company like Enfora.”

Enfora’s Enabler series of wireless embedded platforms are designed to support a variety of wireless applications, and includes both BGA and multipin connector forms for ease of hardware integration.
