Due to the high volume of prototypes being produced and the need to be able to place fine pitch devices accurately, Laser Stencil Technology (LST) has developed a manual screen printer which can not only achieve this but can do so at a very affordable price. The advantages of this printer are that the stencil foils are secured with a unique clamping system which eliminates the need for costly meshed frames and delays. Horizontal stencil separation and fully engineered laser cut stencils ensure optimum paste release.
