Solderstar’s PLUS-II profiling system gives improved performance for modern reflow and wave solder processes by offering two additional channels over and above the industry standard 6-channel systems, allowing users to make more detailed measurement on increasingly complex SMT assemblies. The additional channels further extend its powerful wave solder profiling features where dedicated channels are required for wave parameter decoding.
DEK’s pre-configured Horizon screen printer platforms offer a comprehensive array of sophisticated features as standard, including optimised printer frame technology, fast product changeover, 2 Cpk print process capability and 6-sigma production performance. Customers are also able to choose from a wide range of options retro-fittable in the field to address future applications, production needs or technologies.
