National Electronics Western Cape Expo Preview

17 April 2013 News

Following the exhibitions held at the Sandton Convention Centre in 2010 and 2012, National Electronics Week will be trying something new this year and looking beyond the Johannesburg area, with a show at the Cape Town International Convention Centre on 8 May.

Dubbed National Electronics Western Cape, the industry showpiece will once again attract OEMS, CEMS, designers, distributors, manufacturers, purchasers of capital equipment, components, software and services, technicians, universities, consultants and anyone else involved in the electronics sector. Exhibitors will include mostly South African companies as well as several overseas organisations or their representatives.

A new addition to this year’s show will be the co-located Fortronic Lite event, dedicated to the topics of lighting and energy efficiency. This event is structured into a series of technical speeches, case histories and application tutorials approved and coordinated by a technical committee which guarantees the quality of the events.
