7 May 2003 Switches, Relays & Keypads Education (Industry)

Compact equipment designs with increasing electrical switching capacity fuel demands for a new generation of appliance inlets with line switches. The DC11 from Schurter offers an IE/EN 60320-1 appliance inlet with a 1-resp. 2-pole line switch, approved according to ENEC 10 A/ 250 V and 16 A/125, 125 V UL, CSA.

The products are ideally suitable for application in power supplies especially in computers, medical equipment and other industrial equipment. This range will soon be extended by a filtered version (DC12) and also by a PCB-version (DC21).
