Larger ergonomically-shaped 'bodycases'

OKW's recently introduced ERGO-CASE series has now been supplemented by a larger version. The series of cases can either be used as 'bodycases' for carrying on the body, or universally, as handheld, desktop or wall-mounted cases. The ERGO-CASES are ideally suited for visually demanding fields of application in mobile data acquisition and transmission in the fields of medical, laboratory and measuring technology, in storage and sales logistics.
The new ERGO-CASE L was designed as a three-part system, consisting of top and bottom parts as well as a snap-in battery compartment lid. The individual parts are connected to each other using four self-tapping screws on the underside of the case. The screw devices have been recessed; suitable case feet can subsequently be attached here. This technology also offers a visual advantage, for the attachment is out of the field of vision of the user, yet remains accessible at all times. The rounded operating panel in the upper part represents the area for the input, read-off and control of the terminal units. This surface is recessed by 1,0 mm and offers optimum protection for membrane keyboards or rubber keyboards. The sides are rounded, making the case comfortable to hold in the hand.
The external dimensions of the L size are 150 x 200 x 54 mm (L x W x H). If more volume is required, versions that are 15 mm higher can be ordered. The standard colours: off-white (RAL 9002) and black (RAL 9005). Can comply with IP54 protective class. A strap eyelet attachment is also available as an optional extra. Webbing belts as well as thin belts can quickly and easily be threaded into these two devices.
